We organized a dinner there recently. It was disappointing to say the least. The person I dealt with, an inexperienced girl with unwashed frizzy hair was rude and she misrepresented what we would be getting for our money. When I brought that up with her she dismissed my complaints and laughed. During our event she wore blue jeans like it was a barbeque. The rest of the female servers were good but a couple of the male servers looked like they should have been skate boarding. The food was okay but for that price we were expecting more than okay. I thought the room and the furnishings were somewhat rundown, not high class like we were told they would be. My own chair was dirty and stained and so were others but maybe you get that in that neighbourhood.

Poor.

Unprofessional sales management, overpriced food, dingy surroundings.

All those positive comments were obviously written by the same person, obviously a staff member or Mr. Bergmann himself. The truth is, there is much to be desired, from the poorly handled sales and customer service management, to the overpriced and over-rated food, to the dingy surroundings.
