REALLY BAD DELIVERY SERVICE... WE ARE WAITING FOR MORE THAN 45 MINS AND WHEN WE CALL AGAIN THEY SAID THAT THE ORDER WAS NOT PLACED... STUPID!!!!! I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN TO THIS PLACE.... BY THE WAY YOUR PIZZA IS AWEFUL AND GREASY ANYWAYS!!!!!

This is seriously the BEST pizza place in Manitoba. No joke. They have the best pizza at amazing prices, and their dine-in restaurant, Cafe 22 is amazing too. I have no clue what all you guys are talking about that don't like the pizza. And it's not that greasy. Pizza Hut is greasy!

I ordered 2 thin crust pizzas from Pizza Hotline this past weekend and was very disappointed with the extremely scimpy amount of cheese that was on each one. I've have had pizza from here before and it was very good. It wasn't worth the time and effort to send these pizzas back. I would most likely not order from here again due to this experience. I have also mentioned it to
other people. I suppose when I ordered thin crust they took it to mean

greasy, but not bad!

Pizza is only okay - VERY greasy. Price is good. Lousy customer service - when pizza arrived 30 minutes late, they would ony give a 10% discount. To keep my business, I needed a free pizza. Too bad for them - there are lots of great pizza shops in town.

The store in St. Vital is awful. I ordered pizza from there and their debit machine was broken. I was also told it would take 45 min to get here. My husband had to go get some cash at the store near by. The guy showed up early and I told him my husband would be right back in a minute. The guy got mad at me and started saying he was going to leave. He tried to intimidate me so I told him I was going to complain about him. I called the office and I let my husband talk to the manager(when he got home)The manager yelled at my husband when he told the guy it should be free. The manager gave every excuse he could think of and then told my husband that he was a lair! and that that deliverer worked for him for a long time.(even though I was told by someone else that he was new) we told them that we dont need this stress because my husbands brothers funeral was the same day and they showed no mercy. I am going to go to their authority but first wanted people to know what kind of business this is

The quality of the pizza's is getting worse each and every time I have had a order from there. I am scared to tell them, cuz I sure wouldn't want to eat the replacement they offer. Who knows what extra's your getting!

The folks can't get an order right. week after week. Their supervisors know nothing about customer service.

I like their pizza, and it is really good, but after a few bites you can start tasting the greasyness xD thank you and i rate very good -.-
