My wife & I go here regularly. We accidently meet our friends. One of the best Vietnamese food in Winnipeg. Service is very good, although some of the servers do not really speak english very well.

FUCKIN AWESOME VIET RESTAURANT. THIS AND VIVA ON SARGENT IS THE FUKIN BEST IN WINNIPEG. VERY CHEAP FOR PHO 5.50! DONT GET IT TWISTED, COME HERE AND GIVE A TIP CUZ THEY'RE FUKIN NICE AIGHT? THANKS DOGGS!!!

Vietnamese cuisine among the best that I have tried. The food is excellent and the price is very reasonable. Service is adequate. The restaurant has a bit of a diner quality where you tend to seat yourself and fill out your own sales slip (no mistakes that way. If good Vienamese food is what you're after - you will not be disappointed from a visit to Pho No. 1. Overall, very good restaurant.
