Horrible pizza- they must have screwed up on my order and delivered 3 mediums, or their larges REALLY ARE small and impotent looking. They are very cheap and sparing with their toppings, there were entire slices of pizza with no toppings. Horrible dough, horrible service. The person taking my order must have been hard of hearing and have heard i wanted an order for 3 horrible pieces of crab distastefully placed in 3 pizza boxes. I would take a picture of the crap just to post on here but i want to spare you all the horror. Absolutely disgusting. They are one of those cheap restaurants that uses ham instead of bacon and calls it Canadian bacon. I assume this place should and will close down relatively soon or the owner is actually going to win some sort of animal training award for training chimps to make substandard excuses for pizza.
The product is really bad- don't be mistaken. If you see any positive feed back about this place anywhere it is probably the greasy owner, an employee or a friend of either the owner or employee. In all three cases even they probably buy their pizza somewhere else- i'm talking bad pizza. So far the worst i've eaten in the city. Certain Pizza Hotline places in the north end come in at second, but its not even close. This place stinks. I am ashamed at the food safety authorities for even allowing this place to continue business. It actually seems like the employer rounded up crack heads and prostitutes along selkirk avenue to make these horrible horrible excuses of pizza.

I like this place....excellent choices. The customer service is fairly incompetent but the product is fantastic. I would definitely order again.

Horrible. Horrible customer service and food. The pizza was doughie and raw along with the 'breadsticks' that were delivered to my home. WHen I told the manager/owner, all he could say was, oh well thats the first we've had of this complaint. Like he did not believe me. I told him he could see for himself. 2 hours later, no delivery or call. I called again and advised that we would like our money back. He said too bad I remade your order. I said we've been waiting 2 hours, we'bve eaten. I just want our money back. He continued to argue. I hung up. As of yet we are still waiting for our money back or any type of decency from this person. Don't order from these people ever. Also known as Pizza Direct.
